Let’s talk—about walking.

Exercise is good for your back, and walking is a great way to keep your back healthy and strong. It’s also a great excuse to take part in Take a Walk Day.

Chances are, you’re going to be walking somewhere, anyway—to the store, to the park, to the bus stop—so why not participate in Take a Walk Day.

We want everybody and their dogs to take part—yes, walking your pooch counts, too!—so feel free to spread the word. Tell your friends! Tell your family!
